A critical upgrade delivered with care in a live aged care environment.
Homestyle Aged Care engaged Mathcon to remediate and refresh its Kensington Grange facility, a fully operational 100-bed residential care facility.
The project involved targeted structural rectification works, upgrades to building systems and compliance elements, and a full interior refresh to enhance both functionality and resident experience. All works were staged and carefully managed to ensure resident safety, continuity of care, and minimal disruption throughout construction.
