Leadership

MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 20 years’ experience in large-scale residential and commercial construction, Michael leads Mathcon with a focus on quality, innovation, and safety.
His leadership underpins the company’s values and its reputation for delivering well-managed, enduring projects. Michael remains closely involved in every aspect of the business, ensuring strong governance and client-focused outcomes.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Lloyd brings over 25 years' experience delivering high-value commercial, industrial, education, and government projects across Australia.
A Monash University engineering graduate, he has led complex Design & Construct developments and large-scale refurbishments for major contractors, with project delivery experience up to $100M. Lloyd provides technical oversight, programme governance, and team leadership across Mathcon's active project portfolio, strengthening the company's capacity to manage concurrent, multi-sector delivery.
